REALTIME WATER AND POLYMER ANALYTICS

  • Water analytics can be ran in real time in conjunction with the dry polymer feeder to identify water quality changes allowing adjustments of the polymer to made on the fly
  • The water slip stream that is used to introduce the polymer into will incorporate electronic probes to measure and continuously record the water quality. This data can then be compared to the performance of the polymer. Then cause and effect algorithms can be established. 

These water quality Measurements are made throughout the entire water volume of the Frac.
